A few simple ground rules.

These terms cover Wishify, provided by Everyday Software. By using the app or website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Wishify.
Use Wishify kindly
Use Wishify to make wish lists, share them, and coordinate gifts. Keep your account secure. Do not post unlawful, harmful, or misleading content, use someone else's account, collect other people's information without permission, or interfere with the service. You must have permission to share any content you add.
Who can use it
Wishify is not directed to children under 13. Parents create and manage lists for their children. If you are under the age of majority where you live, use Wishify with a parent's or guardian's permission.
Your content and shared links
You keep ownership of the content you add. You give Everyday Software permission to store and display it as needed to run Wishify. Names, email addresses, wish lists, and gift claims are stored in Google Firebase as described in our privacy policy. We do not show ads or sell your personal data.
Anyone with a shared list link can view that list. Shoppers can see claims after opening the shopping view. Only share information you are comfortable making available this way. You can stop sharing a list in the app.
A claim is a plan, not a purchase
Claiming a gift tells other shoppers you plan to get it. It does not order, reserve, or pay for anything. Please undo your claim if your plans change. Prices and availability may change; confirm details with the retailer before buying.
Retailers and affiliate links
Purchases happen directly with retailers under their own terms, returns policies, and privacy policies. Everyday Software is not the seller and does not handle checkout, delivery, or returns. Wishify may use affiliate links in the future; if so we will say so next to the link. Qualifying purchases may then earn us a commission.
Availability and responsibility
We work to keep Wishify useful and reliable, but cannot promise uninterrupted access, error-free information, or that a surprise will stay secret. The service is provided as available. To the extent permitted by law, Everyday Software is not responsible for indirect losses resulting from service interruptions, retailer transactions, or other users' actions. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow us to limit.
Leaving Wishify
You can delete your account in the app under Settings or request deletion by emailing jude@everydaysoftware.ai. We may restrict accounts that misuse the service. See our privacy policy for how deletion works.
Changes and questions
We may update these terms as Wishify changes. This page will show the new effective date. For support or questions, contact Everyday Software at jude@everydaysoftware.ai.
